Our Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Apparentlychannel Tree Service hopes everyone can use apparentlychannel.garden, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that goal. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What We Are Aiming For
We want this site to work for as many people as possible. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a common benchmark for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support that goal, we try to:
- Organize pages with clear headings in a logical order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Make every part of the site workable with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Use plain, simple wording
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some areas of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from outside sources, such as embedded tools, may be beyond our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Getting Help Another Way
If any part of the site is hard to use, help is still available. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@apparentlychannel.garden and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your comments on how accessible this site is. Please email contact@apparentlychannel.garden and share:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected instead
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Continues
Accessibility is never finished. As the site changes, we will keep it in mind and keep making improvements.
