How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Apparentlychannel Tree Service wants each homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics We Accept

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Apparentlychannel Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or incorrect
  • The behavior of a provider we matched you with

When the Issue Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If tree work on your property went badly, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Apparentlychannel Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@apparentlychannel.garden and include:

  • Your name and the preferred way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which can include speaking with the provider, and send you our findings and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If our reply does not settle things, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
