Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you use apparentlychannel.garden and the referral help offered through it by Apparentlychannel Tree Service. By browsing the site, calling the number on it or sending a form, you accept these terms. This page is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Apparentlychannel Tree Service Does

Apparentlychannel Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. It links homeowners with independent tree removal providers. Apparentlychannel Tree Service does not take down trees, grind stumps, trim branches or clear storm debris. It is also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Are Separate Businesses

The providers you are connected with run their own businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, schedules, workmanship, safety habits, licensing, insurance and conduct. Apparentlychannel Tree Service does not employ, direct or control them, and it makes no promises about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and compare written quotes.

General Information, Not Advice

The content here is for general information. It is not arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that change from job to job, and they are not quotes. Confirm the details with a qualified provider and, when relevant, with your insurer and local permit office.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you reach out, and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it works or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that Apparentlychannel Tree Service and the provider you are matched with may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. To stop being contacted, email contact@apparentlychannel.garden at any time.

Ownership of Content

The text and design of this site belong to Apparentlychannel Tree Service or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Liability

As far as the law allows, Apparentlychannel Tree Service is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services or from an agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.
